Greg Hobbs founded Hobbs Properties with a vision rooted in long-term investment, disciplined asset management, and a commitment to the Triangle market. Over his career, he brought more than 40 years of experience across development, redevelopment, property management, leasing, construction, and investment sales.
He began his real estate career in 1978, working alongside his father on the renovation of a mixed-use office and theater project in downtown Raleigh. Greg later expanded his experience in Houston with firms including PM Realty, JLL, and Edmundson & Hobbs. Throughout his career, he led assignments representing an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion.
His leadership and market insight established the foundation for Hobbs Properties’ continued growth and reputation within the commercial real estate industry.
