James Luck originally joined the firm as Leasing and Marketing Coordinator. Today, he serves as Project Manager and Marketing Coordinator, a dual-role he has overseen since 2020.

In his project management role, he oversees interior renovations, capital improvement projects, and space planning efforts, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and floorplan design to align with tenant and market demands.

As marketing coordinator, James coordinates the firm’s marketing efforts, producing leasing materials, investment presentations, and digital content, while managing the company’s website and online presence. His combined focus on project execution and marketing strategy supports both asset repositioning and leasing strategies across the portfolio.
