Rosie Daniel serves as Executive Vice President at Hobbs Properties, where she leads acquisitions, brokerage, and strategic growth initiatives across the firm’s portfolio. She plays a key role in sourcing and underwriting investment opportunities, structuring transactions, and driving leasing and disposition strategies that enhance asset value and long-term performance.
Prior to joining Hobbs Properties, Rosie was a member of the capital markets team at The Dilweg Companies, where she gained experience in acquisitions, financing, and portfolio analysis across institutional-grade assets. She holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia. As a third-generation real estate professional, Rosie brings a deep understanding of market dynamics, investment strategy, and the importance of long-term relationships within the industry.
