Trey Wicker

Trey Wicker is a Commercial Real Estate Analyst & Broker, where he supports both the firm’s investment and brokerage work. On the investment side, he researches and underwrites potential acquisitions and builds financial models for the investment team. On the brokerage side, he prepares lease documents and coordinates deals for the firm’s leasing and transaction work.

A Raleigh native, Trey initially joined Hobbs Properties in 2025 as an intern for the summer, and returned the following summer in 2026 after graduating. He brings a strong analytical foundation and local market familiarity to his role. He graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina State University with a BSBA in Finance. While at NC State, he played club rugby and was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. His combination of financial training and hands-on deal support gives him a practical view of how transactions are evaluated and executed.
