Brittnee Todd

Brittnee Todd serves as Vice President and Director of Asset Management, overseeing the performance and strategic positioning of approximately 645,000 square feet of commercial real estate across the firm’s portfolio. She is responsible for asset-level strategy, financial performance, capital planning, and operational execution, ensuring each property is optimized for both tenant satisfaction and investment returns.

Since joining Hobbs Properties in 2019, Brittnee has progressed through roles in leasing, marketing, and property management, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the full asset lifecycle. She has played an integral role in multiple acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing efforts, as well as onboarding new assets and implementing accounting and management systems. Her background in sales management further strengthens her ability to align operational performance with revenue growth and leasing strategy.
