Connie Augustine serves as Property Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties. She works closely with tenants, vendors, and ownership groups to ensure properties are professionally managed, well-maintained, and positioned for long-term success. Her responsibilities include tenant relations, vendor coordination, budgeting, property inspections, and supporting capital improvement initiatives.

Since joining Hobbs Properties in 2010, Connie has held several roles within the firm, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both the operational and financial aspects of commercial real estate.
