She helps ensure building systems operate efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality across the properties she serves.
A native of Fuquay-Varina, Laura has more than 10 years of experience in maintenance, construction trades, and operations management, Laura brings a diverse technical background that includes HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, landscaping, and facility maintenance. Her broad skill set, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset make her a valuable resource in supporting both tenant satisfaction and property performance.
