As President of Hobbs Properties, Mary Hobbs provides strategic leadership across all facets of the firm’s operations, including property management, leasing, development, and asset strategy. She oversees day-to-day business activities while guiding long-term portfolio performance, ensuring the firm continues to deliver value-driven results across its commercial real estate holdings.
Mary’s early career in Houston with Smith Barney, Kidder Peabody, and M Bank established a strong foundation in financial analysis, capital markets, and client advisory services. This experience continues to inform her approach to investment strategy, asset positioning, and relationship management within the Triangle’s commercial real estate market.
