Denver Hill

Denver Hill serves as Senior Property Accountant, supporting the financial operations of Hobbs Properties' commercial real estate portfolio. He oversees property accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and budgeting support, helping ensure accurate financial records and providing critical insights that support asset performance and investor reporting.

Before joining Hobbs Properties, Denver worked with the commercial property management team at Lee & Associates and the project accounting team at Craig Davis Properties. A licensed real estate broker, he holds a B.A. in English from Appalachian State University and an A.A.S. in Accounting from Wake Technical Community College. Denver is a lifelong North Carolina resident who grew up in Burlington and brings more than 10 years of commercial real estate accounting experience to the firm.
